Tampa Passport Photo Needs are on the Increase

In 2012, there were over 13.1 million US passports issued, up from 12.6 million in 2011. Quite a number of them (joking just a bit here), went to Newsome's Studio of Photography in Carrollwood for their passport picture. Newsome's Studio, located in Cypress Point Office Park at 10012 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. in Tampa has been providing US travelers and foreigners alike, with incredibly high quality passport photos, guaranteed to pass muster with the 'reject stamp wielding goblins' at the passport office.

Why waste time and money on a photo that will likely be sent right back to you with a rejection letter. We've seen hundreds of them. People bring them in, along with the list of what's wrong with the image. Usually, it's out of focus, printed on the wrong paper, over exposed, and when it comes to passports from a foreign country... it ALWAYS the wrong size. US is pretty standard as a 2x2 inch, but nearly every other country on the planet measures by the metric system, and they all have different specs for their passport photos.

Go to Newsome's Studio, where experience with foreign passports are a common practice and our record of images being accepted is near perfect (notice I said "near?" We had a Canadian photo rejected once because they said she looked like she was smiling. She wasn't smiling, but she did have a dimple. Ask me how I resolved that and I'll knock $3 off your passport photo!).
